Thirsty....? Not anymore!

Let the maiden post begin...

After spending the afternoon browsing the shelves at my local Priceline.... I stumbled across this little beauty.  Models Prefer "Thirst Stop" mask.

With the winter months officially here, and the ever skin drying (yet OH so deliciously snuggly) heating running non-stop, I thought it best to give my face a nice little drink.  More often than not a mask has me making a vow of solitary confinement (well, for the 15-30 minute processing time anyway) so as not to scare the living BE-jezzas out my my beloved.  This little gem came as a very nice surprise. 

More like a night cream than a mask, this velvety soft cream skims over freshly cleansed skin like a dream.  Instructions say apply and leave for 10-15 minutes, however I was in no hurry to deny my skin this luxury. 

I find a lot of mask's make me feel like this (no offence Ms Rhino)

However the MP THIRST Stop made me feel more like this....

Congrats MP Thirst Stop... you've just earned yourself a coveted place in my beauty routine!

Let the FUN begin

To my nearest and dearest it will come as no surprise that I've decided to start documenting my love for fashion, makeup, hair - lets just say... all things quintessentially GIRLY! From the days of having a fully functioning hair salon in my desk drawer at my office to EXtremely late night watching endless tutorials online, this was bound to happen.  After a recent gift of Napoleon brushes, and the decision to put a Commerce degree on hold to enrol myself in a beauty course this seemed like another way to immerse myself in world of BEAUTY!

To say that I'm excited to begin this journey (cliche, yes... I know) would be a severe understatement!  I'm already finding myself staring out of my office window daydreaming about how much fun this is going to be.
